NOTE: On OpenBSD 5.7 onwards, explicit carpdev is required
the master announces every (1 + 0/256) seconds
the backup announces every (1 + 100/256) seconds
Note Multicast by default. Use carppeer option for unicast. It' also possible to set the MAC address explicitly with the lladdr option.
